We use this guide to help us facilitate our crowd effectively. This is a vital and time-consuming part of crowdsourcing so it is important to get it right.
Good facilitation is vital for a productive crowd in two ways:
Firstly it motivates the community by listening and responding.
Secondly it provides the conduit between the community and the Challenge Holder.
By giving regular feedback to the owner of the community and writing weekly reports the facilitator adds value through suggesting real-time changes as well as making conclusions in the final analysis.
