We are nothing without our network of very talented team members and associates. They are our lifeblood and our livelihood. Check most of ‘em out here (there are more but we need to update our website). They are a very talented and dare I say it, a rather good looking bunch of people.
Anyway, we recently arranged a small gathering of 25 of our regular collaborators and in preparation for the event, we asked them all for a brief description of their talents in 140 characters or less, and you can see the word cloud generated below of their responses:
I love this because it really shows the diversity of what we collectively do and because of the different ways people describe themselves. For instance with have a pattern creator, an aspiring astronaut and a deviant in our midsts, together with no less than three generals: a general ambassador, general ass-kickery, & generalknowledgeableness.
I was also rather pleased and surprised to see the word ‘innovation’ as comparatively small (see my early rants on the subject here) and words like ‘prototyping’ as much larger as I think this more accurately describes what we do.
We also asked everyone what their favourite topping is on toast and here is what they said in answer to that question:
Much to my disgust, Marmite won that round (I’m not a fan myself) and I’m not even going to comment on the last contribution. Just for the record, my full response was cruely edited and was in full:
“Crunchy Peanut Butter and Bon Matin Strawberry Jam on a toasted sesame seed bagel, Obviously!”
…and yes I did list one of my talents as ‘pedantry’. So once again, we are nothing without our network so thank you to them and thank you to you for your talents.
