Tibisay is passionate about balancing high performance and wellbeing to drive organizational outcomes. She is the founder of Sparkling Performance, a leadership development and business wellbeing centre and is the UK Director of the International Academy of Neuroscience and Education (ANE). Her MSc in Clinical Neuroscience and her passion for brain research contribute hugely to our understanding of the role of empathy and collaboration in open innovation, and our client programme design.
