Phillippa is a big believer in thinking with your hands and learning by doing. She is an expert in rapid prototyping and an accredited Lego Serious Play practitioner at work, with clients ranging from retailers and corporates to the Cabinet Office. Phillippa’s collaborations include co-authoring the ‘This is Service Design Doing’ book. She enjoys making things at home too, with lego and pottery – and all things food and drinks.
