Paul began his career the same week Google incorporated and just about remembers growing up in an analogue world that his children find incomprehensible. He uses this perspective to stay focused on the human impacts of technology and innovation, always mindful that the behaviours and attitudes we aim to influence are evolving more slowly than the tools with which we can engage them. With a background in psychology and a keen interest in behavioural economics, Paul currently runs N.I.C.E. Thinking, a consultancy that helps a range of clients from multi-nationals to start-ups evaluate and innovate their brands, marketing, and propositions to grow their businesses by winning more decisions more easily and more often.
