ZEEDNA (Dubai, UAE) – Co-Founder & CTO – Established the business to provide a suite of hosted publishing and e-commerce tools allowing clients to easily publish content to sites and social media platforms and consulted with clients on creating social networks centred around brand, organisation, group or interest to increase awareness. Led platform construction from technical architecture to staff recruitment and training, managing developers and agile product management. Developed monetisation strategies, revenue modelling and pitched to investors to secure funding at multi-million USD valuation. Conducted market analysis and collaborated with the Marketing Manager to implement online marketing campaigns, resulting in several deal wins. Developed the business to become recognised as one of the top 10 most promising tech start-ups in the MENA region within 2 years of launch. Built and maintained long-term partnerships with third-party platforms for payment processing, shipping and other technical integrations.
