Our brief: How can the Royal Mail, Britain’s biggest network, realise the potential for collaborative innovation?
What we did: Our approach consisted of an audit of existing strategies, and activities, a series of stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify the most promising open innovation challenges and potential partners.
What happened: Our output was an open innovation blueprint for execution by internal teams and new external partners. There are now three exciting and novel platforms from which the Royal Mail reaches out to engage new business partners, both large and entrepreneurial.
