Our brief: How can we co-future directions for our brand with talented people?

What we did: 100%Open facilitated a 2-day Futuring Jam at HQ in the Austrian mountains with Swarovski and talented designers, mathematicians, artists, scientists and inventors. The objective was to imagine and prototype sustainably productive future directions for the brand. We and our partners Loop.pH prepared for the workshop by interviewing key R&D, design, marcomms, production and legal leaders to understand the goals from all perspectives of the business.

What happened: In the workshop we used ideation techniques and business development templates from the 100%Open Innovation Toolkit and produced several propositions that were both creative and investable.  One key output was the idea of a sustainable innovation accelerator that could feed new ideas to a market seeking beauty and sustainability.
