Our brief: How can Selfridges inspire and inform customers about future retail?
What we did: We used social media listening research to capture insights from target customers. We used these insights to co-create a retail lab experience concept, collaborating with designers and technology start-ups and in partnership with our client Fujitsu.
What happened: The Retail Lab concept was cited as the primary factor in helping to shift the perception of our client Fujitsu as more innovative. It contributed to a major new business contract, secured to service Selfridges future technology requirements, starting with the implementation of the Retail Lab concept itself.
