Our brief: How can the DFID’s Innovation Hub ensure the success of an IDEO open innovation programme innovation to solve stubborn development challenges?

What we did: 100%Open formed part of an Evaluation Management Unit to independently evaluate and optimise Amplify, a 2014-2019 Open Innovation for Development programme to benefit low-income and vulnerable communities by co-designing new products and services that contribute towards the Millennium Development Goals.

What happened: The OpenIDEO platform has funded great ideas for tackling poverty from enhancing women’s safety to helping urban slums to become more resilient to climate change. Why not participate here?
