Our brief: How can Ireland’s postal service innovate its business model?

What we did: We used workshops, stakeholder interviews and service blueprinting to create a new innovation strategy for An Post that included crowdsourcing, co-creation and venturing.

What happened: An Post accepted our recommendations in full and produced a comprehensive 2015-2016 innovation vision and plan document that was subsequently put into action.
