“It was a really engaging session. We are already using all of this work as a springboard to bigger things.”

Akzo Nobel – The Colour Collective.

Sector: FMCG

Our brief: How can we capture authentic stories about colour interacting with people’s lives?

What we did: 100%Open was commissioned by Akzo Nobel to facilitate and support a series of co-creation workshops in London and Amsterdam The Colour Collective, a global group of experts, from a range of professions, nationalities and cultural backgrounds, who all live and work with colour – from artists, architects and designers, to colour scientists, to psychology experts. Each member brings their unique perspectives and experience and their diverse backgrounds meant there were some very animated discussions around how colour is related to renewal and so required skilled but relaxed facilitation and supportive open minds.

What happened: 100%Open worked closely with the Collective, creating publicly shareable content that is a new way to communicate about colour and to design new product & service propositions. 100%Open visual scribes captured the whole workshop on giant sheets live so the workshop could see what they building throughout the day.

We believe this approach is a model for how brands engage with experts to build and engage with global networks of advocates.
