We have currently enjoyed working with Danone, on a number of workshops related to co-creation and open innovation. Our role was to provide inspiration, case studies and facilitate discussions around key insights around how co-creation could help accelerate their innovation strategy.

Electric2020

Mainstreaming the electric vehicle: This vision of this collaborative innovation project is that 50% of UK passenger journeys will be in electric vehicles by 2020. Every big idea needs a bold vision. Plenty of us are already convinced of the pressing need to change the way we get around, including the UK Government which has called for industry support to enable significant electrification of vehicle transport by 2020 and reductions in exhaust emissions of 90%.

InterfaceFLOR

We are currently working with InterfaceFLOR, a worldwide leader in the manufacture of modular commercial flooring, to conduct an innovation audit and develop insights that will underpin their 2011/12 innovation strategy. The methodology consisted of a series of interviews with stakeholders across the business, combined with facilitating several workshops with innovators from across the business.

Orange Do Some Good

Our Orange Mobile Volunteering project kicked off in August 2010. We used crowdsourcing to find effective new ways for millions of mobile phone customers to volunteer bite-sized chunks of their time helping out social entrepreneurs and charities.

Ordnance Survey

100%Open is working with Ordnance Survey to facilitate and chair the judging panel of three GeoVation challenges in 2010/11.

GeoVation runs challenges to address specific needs within communities, which may be satisfied in part through the use of geography. GeoVation is a place where communities, innovative thinkers, geographic data, skills and expertise can get together for the benefit of communities and their needs.

Oxfam

100%Open is currently working with Oxfam and helping to deliver a number of training programmes for management and senior management around innovation. These are bespoke programmes based upon our open innovation accelerator programme with a particular focus on innovation process and mindsets. This training is provided in partnership with Nick Jankell-Elliot of wecreate.

Procter and Gamble

When difference and diversity come together, they make something special.
Each person brings individual quality, specific skills, and specialised understanding to a situation. Organisations work together to bridge empty space with innovation, promise and potential.
